What are you paying for
•Within the framework of our agency, we have committed ourselves to keep the minimum standards in relation to all our employees; such standards include, inter alia, the following ones:
- employees are at least graduates from a secondary school
- employees have a valid work permit corresponding to their future position (a housekeeper, an assistant, a nanny, a nurse etc.)
- the salary of a minimum brutto wage at least
- accommodation – employees must have their own room and relevant appurtenances on an adequate level
- payment of health and social insurance contributions, payment of tax obligations
- provision of four weeks of paid vacation per year in compliance with legal regulations
- provision of a return air ticket, valid for one year, allowing for changing the departure date for a minimum fee for the case of any serious complications at any time during the year
- all certificates that the employees may need in order for them to avoid payment of unnecessary costs in the Philippines in connection with their working abroad, primarily the airport charges
